Southern Elite Restoration is here when life throws a curveball—whether it's water damage, fire damage, mold, or storm clean-up. We provide certified restoration services to help get your home or business back to normal as fast and safely as possible. Everything we offer is based on availability and a signed service agreement.
Estimates & Payments
Any estimate you get from us—whether online, on the phone, or in person—is just a ballpark until we come out and take a good look in person. Once the scope of work is confirmed, you’ll receive a service agreement with all the details. We accept credit cards, checks, and work with insurance companies when applicable. Payment terms will be spelled out in your agreement. Late payments may result in extra fees or paused work—but we’ll always try to work with you first.
Changes to Our Services
We may update or change our services, website content, or offerings at any time without notice. It’s nothing personal—sometimes we have to shift things around to better serve our customers.

Everything you see here—our logo, photos, words, and graphics—belongs to Southern Elite Restoration. Please don’t copy or use any of it without asking us first.
Warranties
Some services we offer may include limited warranties, and if that’s the case, you’ll see those details in your service agreement. Outside of that, everything is provided as-is. But don’t worry—we always aim to do the job right the first time.
